Individual Producers: For every $2,000 of placed Fidelity Premium*, a producer will earn one (1) ticket.
Call Centers: For every $6,000 of placed Fidelity Premium*, a Call Center will earn one (1) ticket.
(Individual Producer example: $30,000 in placed Fidelity Premium = 15 raffle tickets and for the
Call Center example: $30,000 in placed Fidelity Premium = 5 raffle tickets)

Minimum placed premium qualifier:
Individual Agent: $10,000

The above amount is the minimum premium amount INForce with Fidelity Life within the contest period. All applications must be Submitted and Paid-Inforce within the sales incentive period.
Contest Period: January 3rd - March 31, 2012 (Agent must be a contracted Efinancial producer).

The Fine Print:
Reservations will be confirmed by April 15, 2012 and Thursday to Sunday travel completed by

Reservations cannot be exchanged for cash
Reservations are not transferable or refundable and must be utilized by the winning producer

Change fees applicable to confirmed reservations are the liability of the winning producer and/or guest.
The winning producer and guest will utilize the air, resort and ground transportation reservations as confirmed by Efinancial within the selected dates of travel.
